MAP PRICING

Kalisan Balloon adheres to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) standards. All resellers of Kalisan products are required to adhere to MAP pricing established by Kalisan.

Retailers found selling Kalisan products below MAP will be asked to adjust pricing to MAP standards. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of the account. 

THIRD PARTY SITES

All approved Kalisan wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Kalisan products on their privately-hosted website (i.e. babypartystore.com) and in their brick and mortar store only, unless otherwise noted. Resellers are not permitted to sell Kalisan products on third-party e-commerce sites, including (but not limited to) Amazon.com, etsy.com, Jet.com, Walmart.com, etc. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of the wholesale account.

There is an exception for selling on third-party e-commerce sites:

• You are allowed to pack our balloons to your own packaging/brand. By doing so, you can sell them in any marketplace you want under your own brand.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a product you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact customer@kalisanballoon.com with photographs. We will issue a refund or replacement. 

SHIPPING POLICY AND ORDER PROCESS TIMES

Shipping charges will be assessed for all wholesale orders. These charges will be included in each invoice.

Kalisan makes every effort to ship wholesale orders within maximum three business days of receiving payment if the order amount is below 500USD.  Depending on the order amount and stock levels, the lead times will vary. For instance orders over 3500USD will have minimum 45 days lead time because of the demand and shortage. 

Transit times for orders may vary between two to ten days, depending on shipping method. For information regarding a specific shipment method, please contact us. 

Currently we use UPS Express Saver and Fedex Express services for all shipments to the countries we serve at the moment. Our shipping prices on UPS / Fedex Express is very competitive. Generally speaking, transit times to USA/Canada is 2-5 days; EU countries are 1-3 days when UPS Express Saver service is used. 

You might want us to deliver your shipment with different method. Please let us know if you have your own forwarder.

You will see the shipping options and their respective prices on the check-out page. The shipping prices are calculated on weight-based. 

COUNTRIES THAT WE SERVE AT THE MOMENT

Customers from these countries are accepted as wholesalers at the moment:

• North America: USA, Canada
• South America: Brazil
• Europe: France, Spain, Belgium, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
• Africa: Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia

Wholesale registration and sale is not possible in these countries at the moment: 

Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Sweden.

If you are living in these countries, please get in touch with our distributors there.  

TAX AND DUTIES

Since we ship all the items from Turkey, there might be taxes to be paid at the customs. The goods are delivered to the door, but Kalisan is not responsible for the extra tax and duties related to the shipment. 

PAYMENT

We require that payment be received prior to the shipment of your order. Major credit cards are accepted at the check-out page. Kalisan does not offer credit terms for wholesale accounts at this time.

DISCOUNT CODES, COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS

Any discount codes and coupons issued to be used for B2C sales are not usable in wholesale orders. 

Shipping promotions which are issued for B2C customers (such as “Free shipping for orders over $150”) is not applicable for B2B/Wholesale customers. 

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT

• Opening order(first order): Minimum $50.
• Minimum Re-Order: $50 

These are introductory amounts which will be valid until July 2021. Kalisan has the right to change the minimum wholesale amounts at any time.
